What is a proof ?
A proof is
an example of your finished piece exactly as the finished piece
will appear. This is used to allow you to check for any errors
or discrepancies before the piece goes to press. Even if your
job was prepared on a disk, a proof is still recommended to insure
font matches and picture file placement.
