FAQ's

What is the difference between "Spot" colors & "Process" colors ?

Process Colors are produced by combining four ink colors, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black. You will often hear this referred to CMYK, 4 Color Process, or Full-Color Printing. A "Spot Color" is a color all to its own, such as Red, Reflex Blue etc. These colors often can not be accurately reproduced using CMYK printing so they are printed by themselves on one and two color presses. If your company has a specific color it uses for its logo, this will often have to be printed in a spot color.

When you design your piece, you must specify what each color is going to be ahead of time, (Process or Spot) check your software's manual for instructions. This insures we can produce your piece the way you want.
